Being open-minded can be really tough sometimes. Most of us are brought up with a set of beliefs and values and, throughout our lives, tend to surround ourselves with people who share the same values and beliefs. Therefore, it can be difficult when we're faced with ideas that challenge our own and, though we may wish to be open-minded, we may struggle with the act of it from time to time.
10. Be yourself
Each one of us is unique and we have all rights to protect our individuality. The greatest gift that you can give to the world and to yourself is- ‘being yourself’. Don’t be a people pleaser as it is not worth it. When I say- don’t be a people pleaser, that doesn’t mean acting against people or being rude to them, it’s just not acting or behaving the way people want, just to please them.
